rw888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP — minimum deposit Rp 25.000, processed within 1–5 minutes during banking hours.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — minimum deposit Rp 10.000, processed instantly.

The following conditions apply to all deposits on rw888:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• rw888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rw888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits credited to your rw888 account are available for immediate wagering. rw888 does not hold deposits in a trust structure; funds are credited directly to your account balance.
• rw888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the deposit being returned and the account being placed under review.

Members may request withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 via e-wallet; Rp 100.000 via bank transfer.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals requested during system maintenance windows or public holidays may take up to 24 hours.

rw888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement must be met within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100% at standard odds (minimum odds of 1.50 per selection). rw888 reserves the right to update contribution rates with 48 hours' notice.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to a wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse: rw888 employs automated and manual tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk on a bonus, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or excluded game types, or coordinating with other accounts to extract bonus value. Any account found to have abused bonuses will have the relevant bonus and derived winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
• Seasonal promotions: rw888 runs seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Imlek (Chinese New Year). Specific terms for each promotion are published on the rw888 promotions page at the time of the offer.
• Modification and withdrawal of bonuses: rw888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Member accounts at the time of the change.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on rw888. Category-specific rules (e.g., sportsbook rules, live casino rules, slot rules) are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• Sportsbook: All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended. Settlement of bets follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). • Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.

rw888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all rw888 Members free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account from the account settings panel.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account will be inaccessible for betting or gaming.

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials as required under Clause 5.

rw888's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rw888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal limits, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — rw888 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying affected Members via their registered email address.

For minor amendments (e.g., corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability), rw888 may publish the revised Terms without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using rw888 and request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting services.
